Mini Basil Open Faced Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 baguette, sliced
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
fresh basil
summer sausage, sliced
blue cheese
Directions:
- Arrange baguette slices on serving platter
- Drizzle with vinegar and oil
- Top with a slice of summer sausage and then a leaf of fresh basil
- Use a knife to cut off chunks of cheese into same-sized pieces
- Use a decorative toothpick to secure a chunk of cheese on top of the basil by pushing it through to the bread
