A homemade token of your affection always means more. Let your loved one know how you feel about them with these quick and easy paper card and craft ideas! For these projects you only need a few pieces of paper and a few readily available craft supplies. Happy crafting!

EYES ON YOU CARD
Ordinary pieces of card stock and paper turn into a cute and easy romantic token with this card! For this project, start with a piece of card stock cut into the desired size for your card. Then, cut a smaller sized rectangle out of patterned paper that will fit on the front of the card. Cut a heart that will fit inside of your patterned paper rectangle. Adhere both shapes to the front of your card. Adhere eyes to heart and draw in face with a thin marker pen. On the inside write a cute message such as "I've only got eyes for you!"

ABSTRACT LOVE CARD
This project was created from leftover scrapbooking pieces!! For this project, start with a piece of card stock cut into the desired size for your card. Then, position and adhere scraps on the front of your card in an attractive design. For our sample card we used a rectangle patterned paper, an outline from a previous cutout and a heart.

BEADED HEART CARD
This card is a simple, but elaborate looking token of your affection. Start with a pre-made card stock card (or make your own). Then, cut a piece of red card stock into a rectangle and adhere it to the front of the card. Cut a piece of pink card stock into a heart. Punch a hole at the top of the heart. Thread clear pink and red beads on 24 gauge wire and shape into a heart. Using metallic curling ribbon, affix the beaded heart through the hole you punched on your pink card stock heart. We tied it together at the top of the heart. Curl the ribbon and glue the pink card stock heart, with the beaded heart now attached to it, onto the red rectangle.

DOOR HANGER MESSAGES
This craft is truly a unique way to give letters or clues to a love hunt! To start, you will need to glue a sheet of desired patterned paper to a sheet of card stock. Then cut out the desired shape for your door hanger. Cut out a hole towards the top. We used a heart shape to add a touch of romantic whimsy. Then cut a smaller rectangle you can adhere to the BACK of the door hanger. Adhere it to the door hanger so you create a type of pocket to leave notes or clues in. Cut out an X and O from card stock and adhere to the front of the door hanger. We wrote our love notes on heart shaped paper and tucked them into the pocket on the door hanger.
