Begin with 1 yard of steel 19 guage wire and wire cutters.

Begin shaping a heart at one end of the wire (as shown). Optional: Use a bead inside the heart loop. Select any size taper candle.

Twist the wire three or four times around a wooden spoon handle. Open the loops so the candle fits (as shown).

At the base of the candle create the loops (as shown) small to large to create a flat wire base.

Drip a small amount of wax in the center to hold the candle firmly in place.
