Find a framed mirror or picture frame; which hangs or stands. The frame will be covered, so old frames are great, too.

On your romantic nature walk collect small dried leaves, twigs, seeds, cones, acorns, flowers, etc.

Spray the dried items with hairspray containing mink oil; or light clear sealer. This shines and seals the dried items.

Optional: Spray shiny gold paint on some of the seeds, acorns, flowers and leaves.

Use fast drying glue, or a glue gun placing glue onto a corner of the leaf...

Then, press the gluey leaf onto the frame only (hot glue cracks glass).

Decoratively place leaves, acorns... around the frame. Let dry and display for fond memories.
