Collect various shape boxes from your closets, craft or thrift stores.

Paint the box of your choice if necessary.

Get your glue gun, or fast drying clear glue ready.

Gather ribbon, lace, cord, ric-rac, braiding or piping for trimming your box.

Now, you're ready to create one of the following boxes: Glue lace around the edge of the oval box lid. -See the side view.

Glue your ribbon to cover the edge of the lace, and make a bow after the glue sets.

Lightly glue wider ribbon along the edge of the heart box lid. The ribbon ends meet at the top.

Make a beautiful bow and fasten it to the top. Note: open a small paperclip, poke it through the bow-knot into the box and twist inside the box.

Cut and glue your favorite photo onto the square box lid.

Glue your ribbon around the photo...

and cut the ribbon corners at an angle as shown. Add as much ribbon, cord and lace as you like.

Now, you can fill your "Love Gift Box" with love poems, candy kisses, photos and your love treasures.
