Becoming Lovers

by Carrie Loeffler

It was a snowy night, and we sat in the cold of my Bronco talking to each other. He was my best friend, and I was in love with him. I was struggling so hard to ignore this feeling of want between us. I couldn't deserve someone like him. He surpassed even my dreams. How could I be worthy?

Fighting the feelings that were brewing inside of me, I looked over at him, and asked him if I could sit in his lap. Smiling, he welcomed me over and nestled me into his chest. He was holding me so protectively. We began to kiss very slowly, but intimately. Twining my fingers in his hair, I felt his hand lower to my crotch exerting a small pressure. I began to push against his chest, and felt hardness pressing into me. I reached around, and unzipped his pants to grasp him. He touched my breasts, then my lips before unbuttoning my pants. He then slipped a hand inside of them. I pulled back and he assured me that this didn't have to happen if I didn't want it to. I did though. I loved him, and needed him. I had to be part of him.

We moved carefully to my back seat, and while I sat down he knelt on the floorboard. He assisted me in taking off my pants, and took his place between my legs. Nervously, I allowed his kisses and his tongue to penetrate my most intimate areas. Ecstasy filled every inch of my body. He leaned up to kiss me when he was through, and then began to move over me. I had to have him now.

As he entered me, I looked up at him as my eyes filled with wonder. He was so gentle as he filled me with himself, and I clung to him. We were finally one soul, one being. The love I had ached for was consummated that night in the freezing cold that neither of us had bothered to notice.

When he had finished, I knew a feeling of completion that I had never known before. Our love has continued and blossomed into something I thought I'd never know. That night was the beginning of an open and honest love that did not displace us being best friends, but built upon it. That night all I could see was love in his eyes, and I knew that is what he saw in mine. Our love for each other grows more with every passing second.
