Heaven Bound

I can’t think, my mind is spinning
My head feels lightheaded and dizzy
Am I right side up… or upside down
Pull me out… I fear I’ll drown
In the heat of this passion
Only your love can fashion
Your lips light a fire along my skin
A brush of your fingers and the tingling begins
My breathing is rapid and shallow
My head thrashing about against the pillow
The passion turns my eyes to powder grey
Like the color of the clouds on a rainy day
The sound of our desire echos off the walls
As the sweat from our bodies continues to fall
My body shakes and shivers against you
I’m completely entranced by the magic you do
All at once I’m thrust from the ground
No turning back, I’m heaven bound
Spiraling high above the world below
Holding tight to you, never wanting to let go
At this moment, I have but one thought
I love you so much, my one true love
