I have this huge problem. I have been seeing this guy for almost a year and 4 months. However we been off and on. And usually we would go out and have the best times but then he won't call for weeks or sometimes even months. But then when he does call we go out again and things are great. I feel happy when I am with him and recently I found out I am in love with him. But I feel let down when he isn't around and when he doesn't call. I know he is extremely busy with his career and is really not interested in a long term commitment yet but he says he holds strong feelings for me. I really don't know what to do because I can't take being on this rollercoaster all the time. I don't know if I should tell him I love him because I fear that I will lose him. I also want to lose my virginity to him because no other worthy guy has entered my life in the past, but I don't know if that would be getting myself into more trouble. My advice: just sit tight and relax. There is no point losing something you value over someone who is only interested in a casual relationship. In your situation you can't lose by waiting. If this person is your match it will come clear in time. If not, another person will be around. Just don't limit your dating experiences waiting for this one. You may be feeling affection for him now, but it isn't anything compared to the way you'll feel when you find someone who actually returns the feeling. So, just wait and something better will happen for you.
