Bare Your Bras!

Black on black
This is a good way to start wearing this trend if you're feeling shy. Black on black looks quite intentional, and can even come off as classy. The key is to keep it simple. Choose a bra that is smooth with cups that cover your chest completely, like this Stella McCartney push up ($66). For the top, lean on the side of more coverage. A classic high neckline paired with a sexy pencil skirt is perfect for a night out for drinks, or a slouchy 3/4 sleeve knit for running daytime errands.

Do the bandeau
Bandeaus are the perfect option if you're wearing a slouchy top that is a little too revealing in the back or under the arms. A lacy colorful one will stand out under a fun burnout graphic tee. I like these American Eagle bandeaus ($8 each) best; they come in tons of colors and they're extra comfortable!

Sporty and colorful
This is the easiest way to wear the see-through trend. You can get away with so much more when it comes to workout clothes, and it can add a little sex appeal to your daily workout, without looking like you're trying too hard. Try on this Victoria's Secret Angels sports bra ($45). It's one of my favorites because it has underwire for extra support. Then toss on a sheer tank and get ready to meet someone on the treadmill!

Keep your straps under wraps
Straps with bows and rhinestones can be appealing in the store, but if you're trying to pull off this trend, make sure to keep your straps hidden. Showing off your bra through a sheer shirt and peeking through your shirt straps is just too much and will come off as trashy. This Agent Provocateur bra ($170) is the perfect example of a bra that's perfect for the bedroom, but not for this trend.
Peekaboo lace
With keeping the tip above in mind, a little lace strap peeking through can sometimes be an exception. If you're wearing a shirt that's just slightly see-through, then this Eberjey racer back bralet ($53) is a great option! Wear it with a darker-colored tank and your hair in a messy bun so the lace will show up at the top of your back.
