Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup mint
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  •  1/2 lemon (peeled)

Directions:

  1. Juice ingredients together in the order given.
  2. Stir the juice to mix the flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 3 oranges
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful raspberries

Directions:
