Get Fit While [Nb]Having Fun

The workout: Jukari Fit to Fly
What is it: This workout, created by Reebok in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil, gives you a full-body workout while (you guessed it) you're suspended from the ceiling by ropes. The "Fly Set" essentially creates resistance as you move and groove your body against gravity’s pull.
The benefits: This is a full-body toning workout that torches about 500 calories per hour.
The workout: Gaiam Marisa Tomei HoopBody DVD
What is it: If you loved Hula Hooping as a kid, you’ll love this kit from the award-winning actress. It incorporates yoga and Pilates moves with whipping your hips in circles to the beat of pumped-up music.
The benefits: Hula Hooping can burn up 600 calories per hour and is a hardcore ab toner.
The workout: TRX Suspension training
What is it: This 30-minute class was created by the U.S. Navy Seals and involves strong straps (with hand and foot loops at the end) that are mounted to the ceiling, allowing you to perform a variety of resistance exercises.
The benefits: The makers of this workout regimen claim you’ll see results -- toned arms and abs -- in as little as two weeks.
The workout: OmGym
What is it: This California-created workout combines various elements of yoga, strength training, acrobatics and gymnastics into one intense, well-rounded workout. Essentially, you sit in a hammock (which is strung from the ceiling) upside down and use your legs and ab to stabilize yourself. You then perform a series of strength-training moves.
The benefits: Rock-hard abs and a super-strong back will result from regularly practicing this routine.
The workout: KAMA
What is it: Want to rev up your sex life while you tone your body? KAMA uses pelvic tilts, lifts and circles to burn fat and sculpt your abs, thighs and glutes.
The benefits: Because it increases blood flow to your pelvis, this workout also may increase your sex drive. It also helps increase your confidence and energy levels.
The workout: Zumba
What is it: While this isn’t an entirely new workout, Zumba’s popularity is taking on a life of its own. It combines Latin dance moves with traditional exercises so you end up shaping up while shaking your tail.
The benefits: In addition to increasing how much fat you burn, Zumba raises your heart rate and helps improve mood.
The workout: Barefoot running
What is it: The latest trend in this hardcore workout involves trading in running shoes for gorilla shoes, a sort of sock that allows you to run in cities sans shoes.
The benefits: Advocates of barefoot running say shoes increase the chance of injury because they’re poorly constructed. They also claim going shoeless boosts muscle tone and ankle strength.
